Returning products
We want every order to bring you joy. If for any reason you wish to return a product, returns are easy and convenient.
1. Contact us
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Let us know by email or phone and fill out the short cancellation form that you can download. HERE .
If the product is defective or damaged, please let us know — we will assist immediately.
2. Prepare the product for return
Return the product in its original packaging, in the same condition in which you received it — without any signs of use.
3. Send back
Send the shipment by courier or postal service with tracking capability.
( The costs of returning the goods are at the customer's expense. Please do not send the goods with the "Cash on Delivery" service. In such a case, we will refuse to receive it. )
What we offer upon return
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, you can choose:
- product replacement;
- voucher;
- or refund.
Replacement procedure

If there is a difference in the amounts upon exchange, you will be issued a receipt for additional payment or the overpaid amount will be refunded.

In case of refund, the amount is returned by bank transfer after providing a bank account.

A new item will be shipped after we receive the returned product .
Refund:
- Refunds are only made after we receive and inspect the goods .
- The amount is transferred by bank transfer to a bank account specified by you.
- The amount will be refunded within 10 business days of approval of the return.
Important:
- Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective or wrong product.
