Terms of orders and delivery
- The Customer can choose whether to receive the goods at the Supplier's retail outlet or to have the goods sent to him via a postal operator (courier).
- The processing time for each Request is no later than 72 hours from its submission.
- When paying by bank transfer, the period begins to run from the day of receipt of payment.
- After placing the Order, the User receives a phone call from the Supplier to confirm the order.
- In case the goods are available in the Supplier's warehouse, the latter dispatches the goods within the period specified in the previous point and sends the Customer a waybill number (shipment tracking number).
- Goods worth over 500 BGN are mandatorily insured against common transport risks: damage during transport, loading or unloading, getting wet, breakage, burglary.
- The Supplier is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods after their shipment for reasons beyond its control.
- The goods are considered accepted without objections upon acceptance by the representative of the postal operator or at the Supplier's Commercial Facility.
