Natural materials have always had a special place in our daily lives. Wool has long been a staple material in the production of carpets, and for good reason. It insulates extremely well from the cold and significantly contributes to a healthy climate in the home, as it is highly hygroscopic. Wool fibers absorb moisture up to 40% of their own weight without getting wet externally, and give it back when necessary. Wool carpets are durable over time and retain their beauty for a long time.

Various methods are used to produce them, which have been established over time. In hand-knotted carpets, yarns are hand-wound around individual threads that serve as the base. One or more rows of weft are laid between them. The loops that make up the carpet pattern are cut into fibers of equal length. Hand-woven carpets are usually oriental flat-woven patterns with rich bright colors and geometric shapes and can be used on both sides.

The carpets from the collection Pure Nature are handmade from top quality raw materials. A palette of natural tones – no coloring; preserved lanolin content; easy maintenance. The natural strength and incomparable charm of these nomadic works of carpet art are largely determined by the hand-spun wool used. Only the highest quality wool can be hand-spun, as it must have a long, very elastic pile.

Custom-made carpets can be ordered from the collection, in the required size.
