Washable vinyl wallpapers

Vinyl-coated wallpapers, also known as washable wallpapers, are among the most popular on the market. They are divided into two main groups: embossed vinyl and hard vinyl.

Wallpapers with embossed vinyl coating are softer to the touch, have a pronounced relief on the surface and are resistant to washing with a soft cloth or sponge. They are suitable for the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or living room.

Wallpapers with a hard vinyl coating undergo a high-temperature coating treatment during the production process and are therefore harder to the touch, but also significantly more durable. This makes them particularly suitable for heavily used rooms, such as corridors, reception rooms, hotel rooms, lobbies, offices, etc. They can be cleaned with a soft brush.

This category also includes the so-called silk (i.e. with a silk effect), as well as luxury and designer wallpapers.

The base, regardless of the type of coating, can be made of paper or fleece (non-woven fabric).

Vinyl-coated wallpapers are very easy to clean, have high wear resistance and strength, which facilitates both their installation and subsequent maintenance.
